I was in the restaurant trade for twenty-five prosperous years. But, after making a shift to suit my lifestyle, I found myself going from running an eatery to working for an airline. Eight years later, the airline downsized, and I was at a crossroads. I desperately needed a job. So after rummaging through the classifieds, I joined a carpet cleaning firm.
During my four year stint as a carpet cleaner, I learned the ins and outs of the industry and enjoyed meeting new people. Because of that I decided to start my own cleaning company in 2011.
Over the past years, I’ve managed to grow from a small home-based enterprise to hiring and training employees. I've procured the latest equipment and opened up a storefront. I’ve also increased my knowledge by attending regular training courses, which has enhanced my projects.
Why I Love my Work
The funnest part of my work is solving my clients’ cleaning challenges. That includes offering a free 15 Minute Carpet Audit to let them know their carpet's health. I want to provide the best possible service at a fair price. I believe that what sets me apart from other companies is my honesty and integrity.
I show total respect for clients. Rendering impeccable customer service is what I believe has contributed significantly to my success. When I get reviews from happy clients expressing immense satisfaction it fills me joy.
Owning my own business has also allowed me to choose my hours of operation, and I cherish spending quality time with my family and friends.
